The shipment consisted of 2 boxes which held up during shipping & protected the contents perfectly.

Besides the shipping problems we had, delayed shipping and not white glove delivery even though we paid for that, Houzz did a good job taking care of this problem. The customer service was very good, Helena who helped us did an amazing job.
