My experience with SitOnIt was very easy. I had a clear idea of what I wanted - I had used SitOnIt chairs before in an office setting. The ordering process was easy, there was plenty of communication about shipping dates and so on. The chair arrived undamaged and on time.

Simple enough ordering process. I had a slight delivery delay but with one simple call the staff sorted it out!

Chair came in early wasnt damaged upon arrival and took about 10 min to setup
