SitOnIT was great. Easy ordering, and they got it out the door fast. This isn't a ding for SitOnIT, but for the shipping company, once it made it to the shipping facility it was checked in and then nothing happened. After not making any tracking progress for 5 days with the shipping company, I went back to SitOnIt to see if they could help. Their customer service responded timely. The chair finally arrived 12 days post the shipping company receiving it.
