After your stated 14 days to process a refund, I an STILL CHASING my refund after 20 days!!!!!

My rug came with a hole in it. They wouldn't do curbside pickup even though the rug weighs 200 pounds and I am pregnant. Finally, they allowed Fedex to pick up. Then, Fedex dropped the rug back off at my house two days later after I followed everything I was told to do. Now the rug is just sitting in the lobby of my building because this company cant figure out how to take a return.

Mirror arrived broken.

Color online didn't meet our expectations when item was delivered. Cost to return the item was far too high. Would not purchase again from Safavieh
