I have been putting off contacting u, today I took another load of buckweat husk out of my pillow. I have a 2 gallon bag 3/4 full of hucks. I am trying to make it a pillow that I love, so far, I have a stiff neck, sore hip and a knee that needs a pillow under it for relief at night. I am a side sleeper and I don't know if this pillow is right for me. I will not return my pillow, I will get use to it and I will end up loving it. Thanks for letting me vent...

My city seems to now be adding a high concentration of ammonia to the water system. While showering it would actually burn my eyes and scalp. The filter lessens it fairly well. I am hypersensitive to chemicals, so this filter would probably work even better for someone who isn't. Plus, it depends on the concentration of bleach plus ammonia that is added in a particular area. Overall, it is a quality product. I would buy a replacement filter when needed. I'd like to commend your business for the courtesy you extend to the customer. Thank you.

Should have gotten less fill in my pillow, the firm hurts my neck it’s so filled. It was super messy taking fill out and it kept getting stuck in the zipper making it almost impossible to close. I don’t recommend opening your pillow. But it’s so nice to have a natural fiber filled pillow!

Taste great

I thought I ordered 100% cotton filled and covered pillows. The pillow were not cotton and they were too heavy for me an 85 year old to lift out of the box. I WAS disappointed.
