I purchased a Boon shelving unit, and one price was missing holes. They were very quick to send a new one. Very pleased

I had an issue ordering the number of shelves I wanted, and customer service took care of it quickly. Then a few arrived with some damage, and they took care of that quickly as well. Even if it would have been better to have no issues, it was overall a great customer service experience.

You did great... just wish you had more stock because I need to order more!
