I got recommendations before ordering on the Facebook sewing group I’m part of for both the machine and who to order from. Sewing machines direct was mentioned by several people. I ordered and my new machine was here within a couple of days (via Dpd who were also very good). Am delighted with both the machine and the service and would use again
