Sewing Machines Direct(SMD) came to my rescue after the company I had ordered a Pfaff Ambition 630 sewing machine from, came back to say it wouldn't be in stock for several weeks. I messaged SMD via their website on Friday afternoon and within minutes Director, Russell Forester, emailed me to say that they had the same model in stock and could dispatch that afternoon. I ordered it and it was sent out with DPD (who I always find to be super-efficient and professional) and was delivered Saturday morning before 9 am. I am absolutely thrilled with the service from SMP and the PFAFF Ambition 630 is absolutely gorgeous. My none sewing friends can't understand why I am so happy, but I know that other sewing enthusiasts will get it! Thank you Russell and your team.
