This is my first sewing machine and I couldn't be happier. Everything about this machine is designed for ease of use from the jog dial that makes stitch selection really easy to the LCD that shows stitch length and width. The jog dial will also show which foot you shoul be using. The machine also has diagrams on the body showing how to thread the machine. Sewing Machines Direct were excellent to deal with as well, competitive pricing and quick delivery, I ordered the machine on a Saturday and received it Tuesday, would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I last bought a sewing machine in 2007 so things have progressed quite a bit since then! It feels almost futuristic! I've also defected from Janome to Brother and have been amazed at the differences. The design is far more intuitive. The order process with SMD is painless, they dispatch super fast and deliver the next day! I've bought two machines from these guys now. Recommended.

First of all I have to say that the service I was given was excellent. From answering my questions to the speedy delivery of the machine. I do think that the machine is really good quality for the money. I came quickly off the idea yo by the cheaper model. The extension table is definitely a bonus.

I have recently bought a sewing machine Janome Memory Craft 9450Q from SMD. Very helpful staff through the online chat who helped with my purchase and delivery suited to me. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and extra accessories. SMD staff co ordinated with Horn furniture straight away to get my new insert delivered within the week. It was confirmed by email straight after purchase so I knew it was all in hand. I did also buy a portable machine Pfaff Psssport 3.0 from SMD about 3 years ago. I did have an initial problem with that machine but SMD were quick to collect the machine and send me a replacement. It has worked wonderfully since then with no more problems. I was impressed then with the service which made me choose to purchase a second time from this company. Where as most companies have little stock at the present time SMD were able to deliver!!!! Thank you. Cannot give a review of the machine yet because I have used it enough yet. A satisfied customer!
