I have shopped for furniture, bedding, rugs and books from Serena and Lily. The design is timeless. The quality is excellent. The customer service is the best whether I am working with a designer, an on-line/phone customer sales representative or the complaint center. Serena & Lily went above and beyond when they replaced a stool that was stolen from my apartment lock box area immediately and filed the Fed Ex paperwork for me. Now who can beat that?
