The customer service is the best whether I am working with a designer, an on-line/phone customer sales representative or the complaint center. Serena & Lily went above and beyond when they replaced a stool that was stolen from my apartment lock box area immediately and filed the Fed Ex paperwork for me. Now who can beat that?

Serena Lily, has adopted today’s design & decor except its quality is much better. The furniture is not tiny and limited in size. It is made to last.
