The unit was in my yard in under 2 days. Works well. Heats water. Time will tell as we haven't had any power bills yet.

I have purchased 4 units 18000 BTU Aura and the service was great and efficient. I had a Technician instal them and one was defective. I called and they simply sent me a new compressor unit to replace the defective one no questions asked. They are a responsible company and now I trust them and will buy again.
