talked with the people at Senville, answered all my questions. Shipping was fast, very satisfied so far, only installed 1 so far. and very quiet both inside and outside units. Think once you install one, the other was really easy

all good so far except I failed to tighten a gas line nut enough. Lost gas and had to order another circuit board. My fault.
