Heat Pump works great. I'm thinking of getting a dual split unit for the bedrooms.

It's hard to really tighten the bolts holding the unit to the wall, either a different bolt or more space for the tools. The instructions also need to make it clear the bracket has to be higher on the right side since more of the weight of the unit is there.
