I love the concept and the execution. Sense is really helping me to transition to all electric. The bad news is I want more integration to Lutron and more access to detail to see voltage at same time as power on same graph. Already I have been able to isolate a problem with my pole mounted transformer and utility fixed it. When I printed graph ans showed data with time and voltage, they didn’t ask questions, they just fixed it within a week.

At the beginning I was disappointed to find out that I wouldn't have any support since I'm an international customer! Then I got some help from CSA Anthony that made a difference for me and I had I didn't return my Sense because now that installation is finalised, Sense has started to identify my devices 👍. I'm now a customer for life!

Customer support is always good and they will work with you till the issue can be resolved
