When initially looking into getting a Sense monitor, I called the tech-support line to get information on how it’s installed for my particular configuration. The technician was excellent very knowledgeable. Know exactly what to do. Told me exactly what equipment I needed to purchase and walk me through step-by-step. Received the item within a few days with what he told me and the paperwork that came it was a ridiculously simple installation and it’s been working fine for the last three months. I found many appliances that were energy hogs that would need replacing with more energy efficient units. Also I was able to change or modify the scheduling of certain devices and how they turn on and off and went from a $425 monthly electric bill to under $300 in one month.

I really like it, it has found most objects in my house in aprox 2 months. The data you get its pretty cool and allows you to understand your energy use

While my outside master breaker panel is an “all in one”, its configuration prevents installation of sense do to the design and the restricted access. However, the 200 amp feeder to the house main panel allows for easy access and monitoring.

Sense has provided real data value, allowing us to make informed decisions.
