The machine learning is interesting but in this "instant gratification" world we live in its brutally slow! You need to include an interface that allows savy folks to teach it quickly about devices we want to start monitoring now, not many months from now, or maybe never.

since adding Solar devices readings have been irratic.

The product doesn't work properly and then to top it off the only tech support is by email which is extremely difficult. I would not recommend this product unless you have time to troubleshoot for a couple of months

Hard to find how to contact Customer support. Once I found how to contact Sense, I was able to reply to that same email chain. For some reason, my Sense app keeps dropping connection and I have to go and reset the breaker switch. Wish I knew why and how to prevent this drop in service from happening.

Sense is a great concept and would be a terrific tool if they can figure out how to make Sense more adaptive to identifying devices and being able to keep up with changes in devices. Meaning, ability to recognize when a device has been replaced with another similarly functioning device. I have several devices that have not been identified and are major devices,e.g. Pool Pump~800+ watts, Well pump~1000+ watts, etc.
