Very little down time. Has done a pretty good job identifying many devices. Wish there was a way to force identification of devices.

Service is alright, there is a lot of information on the forums and FAQ that they have. But if you're looking for a specific answer, it seems like they don't read your email or even try to help, they just send you back to the FAQ.

I love you guys but still would love to be able to see/download/get-alerts about voltage and power. Graphs or alert if voltage drops below 100 vac or ???. Thanks. Luc. PS. To be honest, I haven't looked for it lately so you might have it now. In that case, sorry, and I will give you 5 stars.

"Sense"ible decisions require accurate information. Sense provides a lot of good information. Product needs a feature added, where the user/owner can help their Sense learn.
