I am enjoying the power usage data that is provided by Sense. It has paid for itself in less than a year by helping me reduce power consumption. I sent a question to support and received a quick helpful response.

I like the system, it is precise and easy to install and use, the only thing I have to say is that a month has passed and the system has only been able to detect barely two or three devices in my home, there is a section in Devices that asks about device information. Fill in all the information requested, hoping that it would be easier for the system to detect each device, since it has the information of the devices there, but it has not been like that. While the intermittent breakdowns in communication between Sense and my wi-fi are aggravating, the people at Sense are quick to deal with the issues as they arise and I appreciate that.
