Was unable to get refund for returned item sent to address given to me. Turns out they moved from that address. Disappointing as I have been a customer for a few years and have recommended them to numerous people

I've bought refills several times. This time I didn't realize I was giving my personal and financial information to a third party. VERY unhappy with this.

The rats are not attracted to the bait. It won't work if they don't want to eat it.

Service ok, shipping good, product results unknown. Costs VERY high
