Does what I was told it would do

I wish I had more information re: best practices using the product. It seem like the rats are eating a ton of it. We are spending a lot of money. Are we using it correctly? Quantity? How often? Etc.

Found it difficult to. cancel auto ship.

I needed a key to my bait station, I didn’t realize you guys had changed the the boxes and the new ones don’t fit my bait box. The key fee . 02 lbs was ok, but the shipping was incredible, it cost more than triple what the key cost! In short, I have a that should be a precious metal for the cost to ship it, and it doesn't work.

Not much to say, I paid you money for the kitt, you shipped it.
