Very easy and great customer care.

This system seems to work well. I started dispensing on top of an equipment shed several months ago and have seen a dramatic reduction of rats running across the roof. Before dispensing, there would be many rats per hour run by the CCTV camera. After about 4 months, there are about 3 to 5 per day. A second unit has been on the ground for a couple of months and the camera shows the rats still coming in, but at about half as many as when I started. Hopefully they will also thin out as time goes by. Joe Russell

So glad this product is available. Has helped curb the rats population after a bunch of construction near my house unearthed many a rat this past summer. They love to eat these and we have been able to keep the population manageable bc of it!

Really appreciated the ability to call and speak to a knowledgeable rep over the phone before deciding to order. Fast shipping and satisfied with purchase, I do wish I could buy more at a time and it wasn’t so expensive. The rats here are eating it up so fast, I’m not sure how much to pit out each night, as maybe just 1-2are eating it all? I have 4 bait stations now, 2 on ground and 2 of the hanging in tree type.
