I did have the greatest
I did have the greatest experience. The moment I opened the box with the legs and took them out, I saw that they were really well packed with lots of protections around. When I unwrapped them I notice on 3/4 of the legs the paint was damaged. In one of the it wasn't a little damage, it was very noticeable. So immediately I knew I had to spend extra money to but some paint to do so touch up.
Then when I was putting together the support spine, the bolt that was supposed to go through the metal pieces, it was maybe less than a milimiter thicker than the hole itself. Maybe the paint that they put in made the hole smaller. If thats the case, then this is something that they should plan for. It took me a long time to try and fit the bolt though both holes and when I finally did I realized that the size bolt they sent, it wasn't long enough to have to even make it out of the second hole let alone to put the nut at the end. So I had to go to home depot to get a longer bolt and some paint. Again, very disappointing because I've been following this project since its started and really wanting to try the products and when I finally did I got let down hard. Also whats with the black and white photocopies you send in the box? A little more attention to detail would go a long way.
