I have been reordering the laundry soap - we like it! I didn't use the stain remover because I did not get the jar and don't know the right proportion. Could you send a jar with the next order?

I love this soap and LOVE the idea of reuseing the jug! I love taking advantage of an opportunity for family of 8 to reduce our environmental footprint. However, two things need changed on the of the bottle. #1: it would be very helpful if the bottle was clear at the top to see how far it is filled....not a huge deal....it's easy enough to just overfill then dump out the extra. #2: the directions on the back say, "use 1/3 cap (1oz) for high efficiency washers...". Well, I felt like I was not getting 50 loads out of the bottle by using 1/3 of a cap full so I measured it. The cap holds 9 tablespoons and 1oz is 2 tablespoons. Therefore, 1 oz is less than a 1/4 of the cap! This misinformation caused me to not get 50 loads out of the first few jugs I used! There are number markers on the cap. The "0" marker line on the cap is one ounce. Which I feel is misleading...this should definetly be marked as 1 oz!

I have been getting these soaps for a while now, and it is absolutely wonderful!

these products are not only fantastic - but so good for the environment too! I love that I can get the product in a small concentrated form, so easy to store, yet incredibly easy to "mix-up" in the initially supplied bottles. AND, the products clean so well!!!
