Seisuke Knife

The beginner sharping class is an informative and excellent experience. The instructors are very good at explaining techniques and taking questions. There is very useful one on one segments of the class, letting each student get real feedback about their own technique and good tips for how to move toward. I very much enjoyed this class and would recommend it for both beginners and people wanting to brush up on sharpening skills, whether they are a professional chef or a home cook. I intend to take an intermediate class soon and look forward to learning even more advanced techniques.
