The customer service was great! There were a few times that I couldn't reach anyone in internet sales immediately by phone, but my messages and call back requests left with customer service were attended to within 24 hours or less. I didn't get an email notification that my item was ready which is why I had to call so much to see if item was ready and when I could pick it up. They have a 14 day storage policy (which is great) on orders placed online, then they have to be picked up. At other big box stores the item I needed was either not available in the size and style I needed or priced $100 more for another style of the item and that was more than what I wanted to pay. Very satisfied and will look to them again for repairs/renovations to our home.
