Great Experience one of my favorite stores in the Dallas area.

Easy to order and wonderful customer service.

Door arrived in good condition. I never got shipping information which was frustrating but it arrived within 3 weeks. I called multiple time but could never reach anyone to tell me when it was going to be shipped

The staff was helpful and friendly to the best of their knowledge the only complaint that I would say is staff has no picture to verify or go by and the online order in relationship to multiple stores inventory I ordered some towel online that said The Dallas store that available on arriving the next morning The Dallas store did not have as many as what was quoted online that could cause a serious problem other than that everything is good
