Seconds and Surplus

Very pleased with the cabinet and the time off delivery.

We purchased our shower floor tile, bathroom floors, and wall oven cabinet from Second & Surplus. Our original order included additional cabinets. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the customer care we received when I was called about the cabinets and flooring being out of stock. The representative took time to walk through the warehouse to make sure before calling me. She was able to recommend another tile for the bathroom that was comparable. We received the order very quickly. When we received it, however, although the shower and bathroom tiles were beautiful, the oven cabinet was damaged on the front corner, as it was just wrapped in cellophane. I called S&S, and I requested that the new cabinet be sent out with better protection around the corners. We just received our new wall oven cabinet. S&S packaged the corners with cardboard to protect them during shipping. It was encouraging to know that we were heard as customers. We will recommend and shop with Seconds & Surplus for any of our future needs.

great pricing, easy to order, delivery only a slight challenge on a small private road, but we worked it out.

It was so easy to order online and pick it up. Trouble free shopping. One item they didn't have in stock but they called immediately and let me know when it would be in. Had no trouble picking up the one they had and then going back for the other. Could have waited for both but for our situation it was best to pick up one, then the other - helped our project along.
