I need help with a return and I’m getting ignored
Think hard before you order from Schoolhouse, because they make it really hard to return anything. I ordered two extra, duplicate pillow shams by mistake and want to return them. I called the customer service number and the recording said don’t bother leaving a message and go online because leaving a message would take three days for a response rather than the two if I emailed a request to return. It’s five days later and all the service I’ve gotten is an email saying they are too busy to help me. I’m never ordering from there again—this is bad faith.
