Service has been amazing, and the orders have arrived quickly.

Scentair is such a fun company ! Shipping is usually fast and packed well. I hope they come out with more new scents soon and make available a green & ref diffuser to enjoy for the holidays. Those would be so festive to have out at that time of the season. !

I was having issues with my machine, i reached out to the company and they replaced my machine in no time, since the issue couldn't be fixed. Excellent customer service.
