Rafael was excellent help, and provided outstanding customer service. We never felt pressured to choose one mattress over another. When we had questions, he provided the answers. He was very knowledgeable on All Things Mattresses! Oh, and pillows too. We left there feeling content, with no regretful feelings, especially after spending a few thousand dollars.
