When the shipping issue was resolved it was excellent; the shipping company let them down. Interesting, just had the same issue over the last 24 hrs with an item from a 'major internet shopping system' and its shipping company. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

The service was good, pity about the botched repair on the light, which they obviously didn't know about.
