Service & shipping excellent! Received all products within 1 week of order (QLD to VIC). All products come beautifully presented in drawstring bags which you can use to store your products or for many other uses! Return process is very simple & prompt (exchanged ticking pillowcases for plain kelp pillowcases as duvet cover comes with ticking pillowcases)
