I purchased SAKI Turkish Tea Maker, and I am very happy with my purchase. It keeps my tea fresh for a long time. I had a problem with the thermostat a short time ago, the company sent me a new one within a week. I am very satisfied with the customer service.

The Saki Bread Maker met my criteria for a bread maker, namely up to 3lb loaves ,horizontal baking pan, dual mixing paddles and at the heart of the machine, a powerful motor (850W). It mixes heavy loaves with ease! I also like its yogurt making cycle, it makes great yogurt. Its a well made bread maker, possibly the best in its class. Saki's customer service staff were great, they pick up the phone when you call and were happy to answer all my questions. David H.

This bread machine works perfect. Better than expected. I put in the ingredients and 3 hours later there is a perfect loaf of bread.
