Before I bought the Saki Turkish coffee maker, I compared the reviews of different brands. And I saw that Saki had excellent reviews plus it was less expensive. It was the first time I bought a product from Saki but I never regretted it. I contacted like 2-3 times with the customer service for my inquiries and they were very fast and helpful. I also love the design of it. Very classy! And the taste of the coffee it makes is perfecttt! I have already recommended the product and the brand to my friends and family. I could even buy one and take it to my mom in Turkey if the American voltage and power outlet were compatible with Turkey's :)
