I really like how the last specific temperature I used is what I see when I turn on the Tea Kettle. This way I don't have to re-set the same temperature again. I enjoy having the different temperature settings and that there is no plastic touching the water.

I am three loaves in on my Saki bread maker. So far I am pleased with the results. On my first two loaves a paddle was stuck in the baked loaf. On the third loaf I removed the dough and paddles before the baking cycle. That solved the problem. I was pleased with Saki extending the complete replacement warranty from two years to three. The physical design of the unit is outstanding and the technology is easy to understand. The enclosed receipt book has many selections and simple directions to follow. In the long run if it performs as good as it looks I will be a happy consumer.
