Wonderful tea maker.

Very efficient - used a discount code they didn’t take, contacted them and they immediately corrected it. Haven’t received my product yet but looking forward to receiving it.

My family and I have purchased multiple samavars from Saki. They look great and are so convenient. We’re all day tea drinkers so our machines are on all day, which I don’t recommend. After a couple months the machines started leaking After another few months it got really bad so I reached out to the company and they immediately sent us the replacement part to fix the problem. I’m not sure about it being of great quality, but I still love it, and turn it off and give it breaks during the day. I’m especially appreciative of their great customer service.

We got the Tea Maker and really like it as it’s steel and very practical.
