Product arrived on time, I would have preferred more packing as it was shipped in the original box with no extra protection. Thankfully, though the box was dented, the product was ok.

The bread maker is excellent and works very well. I had a small problem with the unit after 19 loaves, but SAKI was able to help me troubleshoot the issue and arrange a replacement.
