I was sent what I ordered twice to my old address. I updated information and it was still sent to my old address.

Very well made. Not very agronomical and is a bit clumsy to use.

Took an abnormal amount of time to process order. Contact person was very pro active and resolved issue.

Received my order promptly. However, one of the baking dishes I ordered arrived broken, I submitted a photo & was told that a replacement would be shipped. It’s been almost 2 weeks & I have no update on the order

Nothing in this product description says FAUX. This is a vinyl/pleather snakeskin-patterned tray. I should have known better by the price, so that's on me. Good shipping experience.
