Took an abnormal amount of time to process order. Contact person was very pro active and resolved issue.

Received my order promptly. However, one of the baking dishes I ordered arrived broken, I submitted a photo & was told that a replacement would be shipped. It’s been almost 2 weeks & I have no update on the order

Nothing in this product description says FAUX. This is a vinyl/pleather snakeskin-patterned tray. I should have known better by the price, so that's on me. Good shipping experience.

Only received part of my order and there was no explanation why.

I received a broken coffee cup and reported it on 12/23. I then sent in a photo as requested. On 12/27 I received a message saying you were still working on my problem. I don’t understand why you didn’t just send out a new coffee cup right away! What’s the problem?
