High quality couch and excellent customer service

I LOVE this couch! Assembly instructions were clear, and I was able to fully assemble it by myself. When the boxes first arrived, I realized I was missing a piece, but customer support was amazing—I reached out and they immediately sent the missing component via rush shipping, and even followed up to make sure it had arrived. The color is beautiful, and the recycled velvet is fairly stain- and dust-resistant.

Fantastic! Love it. Get great compliments about it. So comfy. So easy to put together. I am definitely going to be purchasing more pieces.
