Excellent customer service! We did have a hiccup with shipping where one of our boxes was damaged in transit. Avalon and the customer service team was fantastic! The immediately got the necessary parts into production and got it shipped to us in Hawaii as quickly as possible.

I was pleased to see that I was notified about delivery all along the way. Carefully packaged too!
