Customer service was wonderful, they reached out to me several times after I purchased the couch to see how things were going, and answered questions that I had.

Shipping was as described, with notifications when the couch shipped and arrived. Arrived without damage too, and in multiple easy-to-move boxes (I'm 5'0" and live alone), making it easy to assemble without any help.
