Once the couch was ready for shipping it arrived super quickly and easily. Set up took about an hour.

Sabai was great! We loved the emailed instructions for assembly and the relatively quick shipping time.

Customer service was wonderful.

My order actually arrived earlier than expected ☺️

Great service, sustainability at all levels, beautiful designs
