Service was great! I had a few questions leading up to my delivery, and the staff at Sabai were super prompt and helpful.

the staff was great with email communication and answering all my tons of questions about the material and foam! They were very patient and understanding. I needed to know we were not bringing a toxic couch into our home of chemical sensitivities. So far so good! It took awhile to get here but worth the wait!

Even though there was a small problem with assembling my sofa, y’all did whatever you could to help resolve the issue and everything was fine in the end. I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend Sabai and this couch to anyone who cares about their comfort and the world too.👍👍

The essential sofa is perfect! It’s just the right color, fits in our space perfectly, is very comfortable and was easy to assemble. The fabric is also durable and is withstanding our two cats and dog who also adore it. We’re very happy with our purchase!
