The service at the showroom was great. I needed to get in and out pretty fast due to metered parking in Philly. A delivery date was set. And they called before before their arrival but the phones weren't working. Thank goodness they showed up anyway. I already had an adjustable bed frame and asked them to put on new legs for me so I could test out the height of the bed. They spent the time taking on and off legs just to get the right height for me. They took my old mattress away. They were definitely experts in setting up beds. They were very nice and considerate and efficient. I couldn't believe how strong the one guy was. He carried the whole old mattress out on his back by himself. Absolutely incredible strength.

You all did great. Just as an fyi, I stayed at an AirBnB in Seattle which is where I first slept on the mattress. The host shared the product was Saatva and it has taken me back to vacation everytime I get in bed!

No problems with ordering or delivery. Very helpful person at the Saatva store we visited in Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
