The 1/4 inch Superior Lock rug pads we bought for five oriental rugs appear to be high quality, and we expect them to function as advertised. Time will tell! The thing I can rate at five stars right now is the above and beyond advice and support we received from Anna in Customer Services. Her assistance could not have been better. If the rug pads perform as well as Anna, they will also earn five stars.

After spending thousands of dollars on our new Luxury Vinyl Planking floor, I looked for a solution that would allow us to use our LL Bean Waterhog rugs and other rub backed rugs without chancing damage to the flooring. The flooring manufacturer warned that rubber and plastic backed rugs could damage the flooring and we didn’t want to take any chances, especially after seeing our old linoleum floor suffer from coloring issues from a rubber backed rug.
