Bad customer service

I ordered a tall chest of drawers from Roseland to add to an earlier item from the same set previously purchased. As before, the delivery was very quick about four working days. The delivery was exactly almost to the minute to the time stated by Roselands delivery team. The item was very well padded in its box ensuring no damage during transit. Build quality was excellent and as it was pre-assembled, the only job i needed to do was attach the drawer handles. I am delighted with the purchase and would certainly recommend and use Roseland again.

Easy to use website. I bought 4 pieces of the Farro range and it looks great. Furniture all came assembled, which is a bonus. Coffee table not assembled but only had to put on a shelf & handles lucky it took 15 minutes. Delivery took 7 days.. Delivery guys where on time and kept me up to date. I would definitely recomend Roseland Furniture.
