Bad because lost my present

The description of the item is completely misleading and the quality is extremely poor.

Poor delivery

I am being ripped off. I am being charged $40 monthly for no apparent reason and for nothing I agreed to and this must stop. I have emailed you about this several times without response. This borders on robbery.
