I will never order through

I will never order through this company again, The flowers I am told are beautiful, however I paid extra for shipping so that the flowers would arrive by Mother's Day. I received a "item shipped" update later that day, however the tracking showed that they were never actually dropped off at the Post office until the MONDAY after Mother's Day. This was the case for all 3 of the Moms I sent flowers to. When the mom let me know that the flowers never showed, I tried emailing and calling several times and there was NO reply. This is where I draw the line. If you are going to have is issue at least reply to the request for information and also please refund the added shipping fees for an on time delivery, since they were not on time. A simple reply with an explanation would have made all the difference, but to just ghost a customer after spending hundreds of dollars is unacceptable. I assume this is a newer company who were in over their heads with orders, but I will never know because I never did get a reply from them. I continue to get these "review" emails, so a week later I figured, I may as well accommodate their request.
