Very disappointed with the shipping process. Ordered before Valentine's day expecting to receive the flowers on or before. Got an email after ordering that they would arrive a week after Valentine's day. Contacted customer support and have yet to hear from them over a week ago.

Paid extra for 3 day

Paid extra for 3 day shipping and didn’t get the package when I was supposed to. Nobody could tell me why the package was sitting in Bordentown, NJ for 2 business days before being handed over to USPS. I won’t be buying from here again
