Case that contained the flowers came scratched it.

Very disappointed with the shipping process. Ordered before Valentine's day expecting to receive the flowers on or before. Got an email after ordering that they would arrive a week after Valentine's day. Contacted customer support and have yet to hear from them over a week ago.

Ordering was easy. Quality of the product is subpar given the price tag.

Not responsive and returns are impossible

Paid extra for 3 day shipping and didn’t get the package when I was supposed to. Nobody could tell me why the package was sitting in Bordentown, NJ for 2 business days before being handed over to USPS. I won’t be buying from here again
