Paid extra for 3 day shipping and didn’t get the package when I was supposed to. Nobody could tell me why the package was sitting in Bordentown, NJ for 2 business days before being handed over to USPS. I won’t be buying from here again

Took multiple follow-ups to determine why my shipment was delayed as an order for Mother’s Day, and of course, it took forever.

I was sorely disappointed. I paid for 2-3 day delivery. Gift arrived 4 days after anticipated arrival date.

Delivery was delayed and Roses looked old and smashed.

it was scheduled to be delivered ON valentines day yet it was delivered 2 days early. early is as much of a defect as late. my recipient wasn’t home and it sat outside in the bitter cold outside. ruined it.
